pav bahji basically is mouth watering mixture of vegetables served wth buttered bun.spicy dish included in food lovers favourite.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup finally chopped onion
    • 1 cup finely chopped tomato
    • 1 cup finely chopped green capsicum
    • 1cup peas
    • 4 big potatoes
    • medium sized cauliflower
    • 2 medium sized brinjal
    • 1 tbsp haldi
    • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tbsp garam masala
    • 1 tbsp dhanya powder
    • 1 tbsp amchur powder
    • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • lemon juice
    • 1 cup coriander
    • 500 g butter
    • oil
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. peel the skins of potatoes n brinjal cut thm into big pieces.cut cauliflower too n boil them adding some salt till completely done.
    2. take oil in a pan ad 2 spoons of butter heat it add pinch of hing n ginger garlic paste then add chopped onion saute till golden brown then add tomatoes capsicum all the spices haldi chilli powder amchur powder garam masala dhaniya powder n cook for 15 minutes.
    3. now add boiled vegetables and peas into the gravy n mix well. again cook for 15-20 minutes n turn off the flame.
    4. garnish with coriander chopped onion lemon juice and serve with bun (called pav in mumbai)
