Make a paste of 11/2 t.sp red chilli pwd + garlic paste + a pinch of salt.
Dry roast gram flour in a pan on low flame. When the raw smell goes and flour starts sticking to the pan take out in a plate and add 1/2 t.sp. red chilli pwd and asafoetida in hot gram flour
Heat oil in a non sick pan and add mustard seeds
After crackling add cauliflower + paste + turmeric pwd + coriander pwd + salt + 1tb.sp. water and cover
When cauliflower is almost done, add tomato.
After 2 min (spread gram flour on cauliflower, cover and cook on simmer for 5 min
