Egg Yolk special

This recipe is my own invention as I did not know what to do with the boiled egg yolks. I tried out a mix and match which came out tasty and can be used as sandwich spread or as a base for any baked dish.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • Ingredients
    • Yolk of 8 eggs
    • 2 medium sized boiled potatoes
    • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
    • 2 tbsp fresh cream
    • 2 tbsp grated cheeze(optional)
    • salt to taste


    1. Grate the potatoes
    2. Mash the egg yolks
    3. Add pepper and salt
    4. Add fresh cream
    5. Add grated cheese (optional)

    The texture should be light and creamy

    This can be used on toast bread/sandwich bread or alternatively can be used as a base for baking any dish.
