Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
150 gm tuar dal
20 gm peanuts
100 gm gur
oil or ghee accordingly
5 gm tamarind
2 tsp green chilli
salt to taste
a pinch of hing
2 tsp coconut (grated)
curry leaves
coriander leaves(chopped)
15 gm dalchinni
2 tsp ginger grated
1/2 tsp haldi
Directions
soak dal for half an hour.pressure cook dal for 10minutes.
heat oil in a kadhai,prepare tadka
now mix dal in tadka and cook for another 10 minutes. mix gur also
gujrati dal is ready to serve
