Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 150 gm tuar dal
    • 20 gm peanuts
    • 100 gm gur
    • oil or ghee accordingly
    • 5 gm tamarind
    • 2 tsp green chilli
    • salt to taste
    • a pinch of hing
    • 2 tsp coconut (grated)
    • curry leaves
    • coriander leaves(chopped)
    • 15 gm dalchinni
    • 2 tsp ginger grated
    • 1/2 tsp haldi

    Directions

    1. soak dal for half an hour.pressure cook dal for 10minutes.
    2. heat oil in a kadhai,prepare tadka
    3. now mix dal in tadka and cook for another 10 minutes. mix gur also
    4. gujrati dal is ready to serve
