Soak urad dal with fenugreek seeds and rice separately for 4 hours.
Grind both urad dal with fenugreek seeds and rice separately. Mix both with salt and keep the dosa batter for fermentation overnight.
In a bowl, add zatar and 4 tsp olive oil and mix well.
Add the eggs to it.(no need to add salt to this mixture)
Heat a non stick tava. spread the fermented dosa batter and cook 1 normal dosa and keep aside.
again in the tava, spread the batter in the form of dosa. Now spread the zatar mixture evenly to it. Add some more olive oil. Now place the previously cooked dosa on the top of it.after few seconds turn the dosa.
