Breakfast in a jiffy!

Easiest n tasty way to make use of left over rotis/chapatis.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 5 left over rotis/chapatis  (basi rotis/chapatis)
    • 1 tin of fresh cream (approx. 170 gm)
    • 3 tsp honey
    • 2 ripe bananas (cut into small slices).



    1. Make small pieces of the rotis/chapatis. grind it coarsly (like oats) in a mixie. do not run the mixie too much as the rotis will turn into powder form.
    2. Now add the pieces of banana to it and run the mixie for few seconds so that the banana gets nicely mixed  with the coarsly grinded rotis.
    3. Remove it in a bowl. Add fresh cream and honey to it and mix thoroughly.
    4. Serve immediately.
    5. U can also use banana flavoured fresh cream for an improved taste.




    you may add a tsp of olive oil for an added taste to it.
