Sweet Corn Kheer

Sweet dish made from Sweet corns & Milk

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup Sweet Corn
    • 1 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
    • few Cashew nuts & Dry Grapes
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 3-4 tbsp Milkmaid
    • 1 tbsp Sugar
    • Cardamom powder


    1. Heat Ghee in a kadai. Fry Cashew nuts & Grapes. Remove & keep aside.
    2. Add Sweet Corn to the same ghee & fry for a min. Add Milk & boil well for 5-6 mins.
    3. Reduce heat & add Milkmaid, Sugar & Cardamom powder. Mix well. Add fried Cashew nuts & Grapes. Mix & serve.
    4. Note: You can boil Sweet Corn for a minute before adding it to the ghee for frying.

    can we use oil instead of ghee?..though i know ghee is a better option 4 a better taste & smell..anyway, will using of oil affect the recipe?
