Chilli paneer

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 250gm paneer, cut in 1"cube
    • 1 medium size onion
    • 1 big capsicum
    • 1 or 2 stick of spring onion
    • 1 small carrot,finely copped
    • soya sauce
    • chilli sauce
    • vinegar
    • ajinomoto
    • salt
    • black pepper



    1. Take a bowl,and add 1 tsp of soya and chili sauce to it, add 1 spoon vinegar also, and put the paneer cube in it and keep for 20 minutes
    2. cut the onion and capsicum in long pieces,and cut spring onion also.
    3. Take a pan add oil to it,add onion,capsicum,spring onion,and carrot,and fry for 5 min.
    4. Take a bowl add soya and chilli sauce,and vineger and add to it.
    5. put one spoon of tomato sauce also in it
    6. Add a pinch of ajinomoto, salt and black paper to it.
    7. Then add the cubes of paneer.
    8. and boil for 5 minutes.
    9. serve with fried rice ,nan.
