Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    1. 1/2 kg apple
    2. 1/2 kg sugar
    3. 1/2 cup cashew
    4. 1/2 cup rasins
    5. 1/2 cup almond (soaked)
    6. 10 cloves
    7. 1/2 tsp dalchini
    8. 3-4 black pepper
    9. 4 tbsp lemon juice
    10. 300 ml water

    Directions

    1. cut apples int pieces.
    2. boil water and add apples into it.
    3. let it cook for few minutes.
    4. add sugar and stir continuously.
    5. add dry fruits and masales.
    6. let it cook for few minutes
    7. add lemon juice.
    8. serve chilled
