This is my own recipe, my sons like them very much.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
4 medium sized boiled potatoes
1 cup green peas
3-4 green chopped chillies
1 tblspoon corainder leaves
1/2 teaspoon jeera
1/2 cup rice flour
one pinch tumeric powder
salt to taste
oil for frying
Directions
Heat little oil and put jeera, chopped chillies, and green peas, fry them till the peas becomes soft, add coriander leaves and salt to taste. Now the filling is ready. Remove from flame.
Smash the boiled potatoes. Make small balls and put the filling inside the balls.
Roll these balls in the rice flour and deep fry them in hot oil.
