Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    paneer 400gm

    capsicum 3nos.

    onion 2nos.

    tomato 2 nos.

    tomato puree 2 tbsp

    panchphoran 2 tbsp

    red chilli powder 1 tbsp

    garam masala 1 tbsp

    ginger paste 1 tbsp

    desi ghee 1/2 tbsp

    salt to taste


    1. cut paneer into fingers.
    2. in a degchi, heat ghee, add panchphoranseeds, cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
    3. put in all the vegetables, ginger paste and tomato puree and stir well.
    4. add salt, garam masala and red chilli powder. cover with a lid.
    5. cook for 20-25 minutes.
    6. add paneer fingers and blend well.
    7. garnish with coriander leaves.
    8. serve hot.
