Thai Mince & Shrimp Toast

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    • 12 bread slices
    • 125 gm shrimps
    • 2 egg whites
    • 1 tsp chopped garlic
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 125 gm chicken mince
    • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
    • 2 tsp chopped parsley
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
    • 1 tsp mustard paste/powder


    1. Cut the crusts of bread slices and then cut the slices from the middle into triangles.
    2. Grind shrimps, chicken mince, salt, black pepper, paprika powder and mustard paste in a chopper to make a coarse mixture.
    3. Put a layer of this mixture on the bread slices.
    4. Heat a oil in a frying pan and place the slices in it.
    5. Fry the slices on low flame from one side and then the other till they turn golden.
    6. Take them out on paper towels. Garnish with parsley and serve.
