Crispy mixie cutlet

with a little bit of loads of things they come out great...

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 4 medium sized boiled potatoes
    • 1 cup boiled macaroni
    • 1/2 cup grated processed cheese
    • 3 slices bread
    • 4 tsp chili sauce (green)
    • 1 tsp black pepper powdered
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1 tsp or as per taste red chill powder
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 2 tsp coriander powder
    • 4 tsp cornflour
    • 2 tsp besan
    • green chillies chopped to taste
    • green coriander chopped a handful
    • refined oil for frying
    • salt to taste


    1. Mix all ingredients other than oil and knead well.
    2. make small cutlets and deep fry on medium heat.
    3. serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.

    Hi Pankhuri!,this cutlet will turn out well and tastefully fine(since I've tried and tasted pasta cutlet 2 weeks back.I included ginger-garlic paste,minced mutton and Pasta for Macroni along with other ingredientsand -did not include coriander powder).Happy Cooking!.
