Matar mushroom

Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
250 gm button mushroom
250 gm green peas
1 cup fresh tomato puree
2tbsp garlic paste
1/4 cup onion paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
1tsp jeera
salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi
2 tbsp green chilli (chopped)
1tsp oil
Directions
heat oil in a wok.
add jeera.
add ginger garlic and onion paste and saute for few minutes.
add mushroom and green peas and tomato puree.
add salt and haldi.
cover with lid and cook till mushroom and peas r done or water evaporates.
garnish with coriander leaves.
serve hot with rice or naan.
use mushroom whole , don't chop them.
