chocolate khajoor cake

Ingredients
non vegetarian

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sifted flour.
- 10-12 dates. (seedless&chopped)
- 1½ cup icing sugar.
- 1 bar chocolate.(melted)
- ½ cup ghee+for greasing.
- ½ cup milk.
- 3-4 drops vanilla essence.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
Directions
- Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius and grease the cake tin with ghee.
- In a vessel mix flour, sugar, ghee, chocolate, dates, egg, milk,essence & baking powder, together thoroughly with a beater
- mix it till it flows in a ribbon shape.
- Now pour it in the tin and bake for 20 minutes or till a knife inserted comes out clean.
- let it to be cool,cut in pieces and serve.
