¾ cup fresh coriander leaves finely chopped & washed
1¼ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste
1½ tsp green chilly paste
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp haldi
Salt to taste

Directions
Boil macaroni in about 5-6 cups of water till cooked.
Deep fry potato cubes till done (golden ). Remove and keep aside.
Heat oil, add jeera. Add garlic and ginger paste & saute. Add chilly paste and mix well. Add haldi and mix well on low heat.
Add fried potato cubes, paneer cubes, macaroni. Mix well. Add water so that all the spices are seeped in and coriander leaves & salt and mix well. Increase the flame.
Cook till the water evaporates.
Remove in the serving dish, garnish with thin slices of red and yellow bell peppers.
