Paneer Macaroni Hariyali

This fusion dish can be enjoyed by everyone!!!

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 100 gms. Macaroni
    • 100 gms paneer cut into cubes
    • 2 medium size potatoes cut in to cubes
    • ¾ cup fresh coriander leaves finely chopped & washed
    • 1¼ tsp garlic paste
    • ½ tsp ginger paste
    • 1½ tsp green chilly paste
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • ½ tsp cumin seeds
    • ¼ tsp haldi
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil to fry


    1. Boil macaroni in about 5-6 cups of water till cooked.
    2. Deep fry potato cubes till done (golden ). Remove and keep aside.
    3. Heat oil, add jeera. Add garlic and ginger paste & saute. Add chilly paste and mix well. Add haldi and mix well on low heat.
    4. Add fried potato cubes, paneer cubes, macaroni. Mix well. Add water so that all the spices are seeped in and coriander leaves & salt and mix well. Increase the flame.
    5. Cook till the water evaporates.
    6. Remove in the serving dish, garnish with thin slices of red and yellow bell peppers.

    it made office lunch box more delightful,and its easy to cook.


    i made it for my husband and he loved it, it is very simple to make and very nice dish.


    this is a very nice recipe eazy to cook and for me it turned out the best and light weighted if eaten at night
