Black Pepper Chicken

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1 kg Chicken (Curry Pieces)
    • 5 Tbsp Cooking Oil
    • 1 Onion
    • 1 Tesp White Zeera (Jeera)
    • 8 Tomatoes (Medium Size and Juicy)
    •  2 Tbsp Black Pepper (Crushed) 
    • 6 Green Chili (do not Cut)
    • Salt to Taste


    1. Sliced Onion (Thin)
    2. Cut tomatoes (Dice or Square)
    3. In a Fry Pan or Cooking Pot put oil, When Oil become hot Put onion and Zeera.
    4. When Onion become golden then Put chicken, Tomatoes, Salt and Pepper and mix it well.
    5. Let be cook for 10 - 15 minutes in medium Heat. or Until all the Tomatoes will dissolve.
    6. put whole 6 green chilies, cover it and let it be cook 10 minutes in Low Heat and then take out.
    7. Serve with Tandoori Nan.
