Fried murg would definitely leave you in no state to eat the main course.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
1/2 dressed chicken(cut into 8 pcs)
½ tsp oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup cornflour
2 cups corn flakes
salt to taste
oil for frying
8-10 lettuce leaves
Directions
Put small slits on the chicken pieces and marinate it with origano, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt and allow it to stand for 2 hours.
Make a batter of cornflour, water and salt.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Dip the chicken pieces in the cornflour batter, coat generously with corn flakes and deep fry till it turns golden brown in colour.
Serve in a bed of lettuce leaves with tomato sauce.
