This is a basic recipe for making chocolate that go with various desserts.
5 tbsp milk powder
5 tbsp sugar
11/2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp coco powder
little quantity of water
Mix all the ingredients(except water) in a vessel.
Take another vessel with water in it.
Double boil the mixture (put the small vessel of the mixture in the
other one and boil).
While boiling add a bit of water.
After about 5 minutes remove the mixture.
Allow it to set in a greased plate in the refrigerator.
You can also form shapes by coating this mixture on greased shapes
and allowing it to cool.
