Teekhi tomato chutney

hmmm yumm!!!

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup tomato puree
    • ½ tsp jeera
    • ½ tsp garam masala powder
    • ½ tsp haldi powder
    • ½ tsp ginger paste
    • ½ tsp garlic paste
    • ½ tsp pudina paste
    • ½ cup green chilli paste
    • salt to taste
    • dhaniya( for garnishing)


    1. Heat oil in a pan put jeera when it starts crackling put ginger garlic paste.
    2. Now put all the masalas and salt, then put green chilli and pudina paste together.
    3. when everything is mixed together put tomato puree and cook till it gets little thick or it leaves oil.
    4. garnish with corriander and serve with paranthas.
