Simple to make and good to eat.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 2 cups Besan
  • 4 cups Clarified Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar, 9add more sugar if u need)
  • 2 pinches of Cardamom, powder

Water 1 cup Dry fruits of your choice 1/2 cup (sliced)(almond,pista,cashnewnut)

Directions

  1. Mix sugar,cardmom powder and water in pan and boil it to make ek tar chasni.
  2. Heat heavy bottom pan, add ghee.
  3. When ghee start to melt add besan and roast it on medium flame until pink.
  4. Then slowly add hot chasni in besan and stir it for another one or two minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Take a deep bottom thali(like dhokla thali)grease it and pour the hot mixture and let it cool for 1/2 -1 hrs. sprinkle sliced dry fruits and serve.

This is one crazy recipe and not worth wasting good ingredients.....never heard of dry fruits in mysorepak.

Farheen, the name given to it is not given by us. Its the traditional name of that sweet in South India. Sorry to say if u don't know pls don't comment such things.

sorry to say but this is the worst recipe i ever had in my life.the name which u have given to this recipe doesn't suit it .so plz guys dont try this recipe.

HOW DO WE GET TWO SHADES IN MYSORE PAK PIECES WHICH IS LIGHTER SHADE AT THE SIDES AND DARKER IN BETWEEN.
