1 cup Chana dal flour
3-4 Green chillies
3 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
1/4 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tbsp Haldi
2 glasses of water
Heat Oil in a Pan. After it starts heating add rai and when they start crackling add haldi, rai and garlic cloves.
Add Onions and fry till they are light brown. After that add green chillies and saute.
After 2min add tomatoes and saute for another 3-5min.
Now add water. When boiling add salt, red chilli powder and chana dal flour and mix it well so that no balls like should be there.
Keep the lid closed for 5min till it is cooked.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Tastes good with rice and Jowar roti
