Puffed rice(soaked one) is the last ingredient to be added. It cant be gooey. Its similar to the style of making poha. Puffed rice acts like a rice in this dish, but its taste is different. Even better than rice.
I didn't understand how we can you add puffed rice to make Biryani? It starts to become moist as soon as one mixes it with anything and by the time it's served it will look gooey.
