Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    3 tblsp vegetable Oil
    2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
    1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
    2 tsp Garam masala powder
    1 tsp Cumin powder (jeera)
    1 tsp Coriander powder
    1 tsp Red Chilli powder
    1 tsp Lemon juice
    2 tsp Soya Sauce
    10 Cashwenuts
    1" Cinnamon
    5-6 Cloves
    3-4 Cardamom (Elaichi)
    2 Green Chillies
    1 big Onion chopped
    1/2 cup Mixed vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Potato)
    1 cup Boiled Papdi Lilva beans
    1/2 cup Tomato
    2 cups Cooked Rice
    Salt to taste
    2 tblsp chopped Cilantro (Coriander leaves)

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add Cumin seeds, Cashwenuts, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom & Green chillies.
    2. Add Onion & Ginger-Garlic paste. Fry well.
    3. Add Mixed Vegetables & mix well for 5-6 mins on Medium heat till the vegetables are soft.
    4. Add Lilva beans, Tomato, Garam masala powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Red Chilli powder, Soya sauce & Salt. Mix well for 30 secs.
    5. Add Cooked Rice & mix gently. Add Cilantro & Lemon juice. Mix well. Serve hot with raitha.
