Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
1/2 kg brinjal thinly slice
2 medium size raw or ripe tomato thinly sliced
7 green chillies medium
salt to taste
oil 2 tbsp for frying
1 small ball size tamarind remove stems and soaked in water
1 tsp jeera
coriander leaves
curry leaves
garlic pods 4
sesame seeds 3 tsp saute and grind
Directions
heat oil in a kadhai
add brinjal tomatoes and grinn chillies fry this till brinjal is soft
keep aside and cool
grind jeera,garlic,tamarind,salt,coriander and curry leaves
grind the fries brinjals,tomatoes and green chilli mix all the groud and sesame seed powder mix well store in a container one day u can keep at room temperature
