Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • raw bananas-2
    • any cooking oil-for frying.
    • red chili powder-1.5 to 2tsp.
    • turmeric powder-1/4tsp.
    • jeera powder(optional)-1/4tsp.
    • salt-reqrd amt.

    Directions

    • cut bananas into small round pieces.
    • apply all masala powders&salt.
    • keep aside or refrigerate this for 15 min.
    • fry this in oil.
    • when this become soft&crispy.take this out.
    • it goes well with mixed rices especially with curd rice.
