Coastal curd fish curry.

Ingredients
non vegetarian
4 servings
4 piece's of fish
2 cups curds
1 tps turmaric powder
6 to 7 whole green chilles
salt to taste
8 to 10tps of oil
little mustard seeds
little curry leaves
little cumin seeds
1tsp of coriander pwd
hand full of fresh coriander
2 tsp sesame seeds (dry roasted)
Directions
First marinate the fish piece's with little salt and set it aside for 10mins.
Then take a pan add oil to it heat for 2min then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and curry leaves cook for 1min.
Then add curds,coriander pwd,turmaric pwd,salt and green chilles and cook it on low flame for 5 to 7mins.
Meanwhile in a pan shallow fry the marinated fish piece's.
After 7 mins add the fried fish in the simmering curds and again cook for 3 min.
Then add fresh coriander and sasems seeds to it and remove it from gas.
Then the coastal curd fish curry is ready to sever with dosa or stem rice.
For best result cook the curry in mud pot.
