one meal dish

this one meal dish. small wheat squares in coconut gravy.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    For Dough

    • 1 cup wheat flour
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 1tsp oil

    For Curry

    • 2 tbsp dry coconut
    • 1tsp jeera
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
    • 1 tbsp kolhapuri chutuny
    • 3 - 4 kokum
    • salt for the taste
    • 3 cups water


    1. Take flour, oil and salt and knead a chapati dough using water
    2. Take coconut, jeera, garlic. coriander leaves, kolhapuri chutny and salt in ti grinder and make a dry powder.
    3. Heat iol in a pan and add that dry pawder in ti the pan
    4. Saute it for 1 min and add 3 cups of water and salt in to it.
    5. Now make small ball of the dough and make  a chapati from the each ball and cut in to small sqares
    6. When our curry comes to boil add that sqares in to it and cookfor 5 minutes
    7. Add kokum in to it and cook kor 1 minute
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves
    9. Serve hot
