1 cup leftover cooked black chana
pinch of salt
oil for deep frying
sliced onion, green chillies, lemon wedges and chopped coriander for garnishing
kasundi/green chutney/ketchup to serve
Cook the chana till completely dry. Cool and then grind.
Mix with the egg and pinch of salt. Form into patties.
