Avacado dip is easy to make and can be served with many finger foods or chips.
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
2 ripe avacados, halved, peeled and diced
1 cup sour cream
2 jalapenos chopped
3/4 cup tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup onions chopped
2 tablespoons of coriander leaves chopped
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
Pinch of black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
Directions
In a mixing bowl, nicely mash the avacados with a masher.
Mix in the sour cream, tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, coriander, garlic powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and finally the salt.
Serve this crunchy avacado dip with tortilla chips, nachos etc.
As a variant you can combine the avacados, sour cream, coriander, jalapenos in a food processor and mix the other ingredients together to a smooth dip.
