Pista roll

very handy recipe to make a quick and excellent mithai. A great hit during the festive season.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 100 gms      paneer
    • 4 tsp            milk
    • 2 tbsp          Powder sugar
    • 2 tbsp          roasted Pista
    • 1/2 tsp         cardamom pd
    • 2 drops         rose or kewra essence ( optional)


    1. Put the paneer, milk, sugar and cardamom powder in the grinder and grind well.
    2. Add the essence now.
    3. Grind the pista seprately  and keep aside.
    4. Shape the paneer dough into small rolls
    5. Roll the roll into the grounded pista and coat on all sides.
    6. Put on the silver foil ( if u have ) and decorate in a platter and serve.
