Palak Mushroom

Mashroom cooked with palak

Tasty as well as nutitious.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 8 tbsp of washed and chopped mashroom
    • 5 tbsp chopped onion
    • 6 tbsp tomato puree
    • 1 tbsp hot and sweet tomato sauce
    • 7 tbsp boiled palak paste
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp pepper powder
    • powder of 2 cardamoms
    • 1 tsp jeera powder
    • 1 tsp dhaniya
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 4 tbsp cooking oil
    • 4 tbsp fresh cream


    1. Heat oil in a thick kadahi.
    2. Fry onions till pink, put chopped mashroom fry till cooked and oil comes on top.
    3. Add salt and other dry masala powders.
    4. Put tomato puree and cook till oil comes on the surface.
    5. Add tomato sauce and palak paste cook for a 5 minutes.
    6. Add fresh cream cook for 1 minute.
    7. Serve hot with parathas.
