Dahi ka raita

made with yogurt, onions coriander leaves, salt

very easy to makeand made quickly when time is short, goes vey well with pulao or any rice dish and any sabji. my husband gave me this recipe and this is his favourite.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 medium size onions,
    • 1 cup dahi,
    • salt to taste,
    • 2-3 green chillies,
    • and fresh coriander leaves


    1. First cut the onions along the length into thin slices. put salt into it, mix well and keep this aside for 15 min.
    2. Take yogurt, make it little thin by adding little water, with a blender mix well.
    3. add green chillies finely chopped ,
    4. add the onions and coriander leaves
    5. adjust salt .
