Fast and tasty recipe

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    600 gms Chicken 3 tbsp. Garlic and ginger paste 2 to 3 tbsp. Soya sauce salt to taste Bread crumbs 1 teaspoon oil Dressing: 1 capsicum (can use little of green, red, orange and or yellow, looks decorative) 1 Potato 1 carrot 2 Spring onion with the leaves


    1. Cut chicken in small pieces and marinate with garlic and ginger paste, soya sauce, salt and oil for about 8 hrs. (kept it in the fridge)
    2. Roll each piece in the bread crumbs and keep for about 1/2 hr.
    3. Meanwhile, slice the dressing - carrots,.... in fine julliene pieces and deep in oil - keep it aside.
    4. Then deep fry the chicken in the same oil. Serve hot in a dish with the dressing.



    Good! I tried this recipe and it came out OK. This dish was just too greasy for me. I don't think that I will be making this dish ever again. Thank you.

    very tasty and easy to make


    inspite of bread crumbs...take cornflakes.crush the flakes. dip the chicken in egg first and then in the crushed cornflakes and then fry.its fry it...... its yummy yummy
