Tender meat in a thick masaledar gravy

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    1 cup meat (lamb or beef, small square pieces) 1 egg 2 tbsp chopped garlic 1-2 green chilies (to taste) 1 ripe Tomato (diced) 1/2 Chopped Onion 5 tbsp Korma Masala 2 Potatoes (cut in small round pieces) 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

    Directions

    1. Marinate meat for 30 minutes in egg, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 green chili
    2. Put some oil in a Kadai (wok) and fry onion with chopped garlic until golden brown.
    3. Add meat along with any remains from the marinate and the korma masala.
    4. Take a separate frying pan and fry tomotoes along with their juice with 1 green chili - mince this until it forms a thick paste. Add this paste to the the meat. 
    5. Next add potatoes and put about 1/2 glass of water. Cover and simmer
    6. After the water is evaporated, add another 1/2 glass of water and continue to simmer util the meat is nice and tender and all the water has evaporated leaving a very thick gravy behind
    7. Serve with white rice and wait for the compliments
