Khade Masala Chicken

Chicken curry cooked with whole spices

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    1. kg Chicken (small pieces) 12 to 15 Whole Red Chilies 3 Onions (medium, chopped) 1 tsp Salt 3-4 Green Chilies (chopped) 2 sticks Cinnamon 1 tbsp. Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp. Garlic (chopped) 3 Tomatoes (chopped) 8 Whole Black Pepper 6 Cloves 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper (grounded) 1/2 cup Oil Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnishing


    1. Put chicken with chopped onion; whole spices and chopped ginger garlic;chopped red chillies and 2 cups of water and cook on slow fire
    2. When water dries;add in oil, chopped tomatoes and green chillies
    3. Fry until chicken is tender
    4. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves,and sprinkle black pepper on it,and put on dum for 15 minutes till oil floats on top.
    5. Serve hot with naan,salad and lemon juice.
