1/2 kg of Large Button Mushrooms
4 cloves of Garlic
1/2 cube of Ginger
4/5 green Chillies
Bread crumbs enough to cover the mushroom
Oil for deep frying
Directions
Separate mushroom from its stem. Set aside
Grind green chilies, ginger, garlic and mushroom stem. Tie the mixture in a muslin cloth to remove all the water form it
Fill the mushroom from where the stem has been removed with the paste and cover the mushroom as well with it
Marinade the mushroom with the filling for an hour
