Surprise your guests with this unique snack along with a homemade sweet lime juice.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 2 servings
Few papads of your choice
500 gms. Prawns
3 Tomatoes, chopped
2 large Onions
1 tsp. Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp. Coriander cumin powder
1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste
1 bunch Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. Oil for cooking the prawns
Oil for deep frying
Directions
Steam papads until soft enough to roll. keep aside.
Heat oil and fry onions till soft, add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for 5 min. then add the red chilli powder, coriander-cummin powder and salt. add tomatoes and simmer till the oil floates on top.
Now add the prawns and coriander leaves and cook on a low flame till the prawns are cooked, and the gravy dries up.
On every papad spread a little of the prawn mixture along the edge. roll the papad and secure the roll with a toothpick. deep fry the rolls until crisp.
Chop into small pieces and serve hot with either mint chutney, tomato or chilli sauce.
