Surprisigly, cashew burfis are so easy to make
Ambika, it doesnt matter even if you have overboiled the milk, put the right amount of milk to sugar and prepare one string syrup. Normally in other burfis we put water to sugar for syrup, but in this burfi we put milk instead of water. Try it. All the best!

Ambika,i have given the right measurement for the milk in this burfi.Maybe you have increased the quantity of milk. Dont add more milk, the more you add the more soft it will turn out, instead reduce the quantity and see how yummy it will be.
I am sorry to say that I tried this recipe and it came out so bad. The milk to cashew consistency isn't right and even when I tried it with a little bit more milk, the barfi never got hard.
