It goes very well with any barbeque dish or any savouries.
5 large red tomatoes.
6 red chillies.
bunch of corriander leaves.
1 tsp of thick ghee.
Peel the tomatoes, cut into pieces and put in a blender with all ingredients except ghee.
Blend into smooth puree, add water if needed.
Cook the chutney on medium fire, untill thick.
Transfer in a dish , place ghee in the center and place a red hot burning charcoal piece on the ghee,close immediately with a tight fitting lid so that the smoke does not escape from the sides.
Leave it for an hour or untill all the smoked is finished.
Open the lid and remove the charcoal ,mix the chutney and transfer it in a jar.
Keep in the refrigerator, use when needed.
