it's a combination of chinese & indian style
1 kg Rice
½ Kg Chicken
1 Kg spinach
4 green chilies
2-3 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
1½ tsp Chinese salt
2 tbsp White vinegar
2 chicken stock cubes
1 Onion sliced (medium)
First wash spinach & blanch it.
Boil chicken & shred it
Fry eggs with a little bit of salt
Take a pan & put oil in it and put sliced onion & saute it.
add salt little bit, black pepper, chicken, & in last put chicken stock cubes in it.
Add green chillies and saute for 5 min
Boil the rice with adding vinegar in water
Mix the massala which you have made with boiled rice and in the end mix fried eggs.
Put it on daam
Serve it with chilli sauce.
