Paalak pulaoo

Sponach Pilaf

it's a combination of chinese & indian style

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 kg Rice
    • ½ Kg Chicken
    • 1 Kg spinach
    • 3 Eggs
    • 4 green chilies
    • 2-3 tsp black pepper
    • salt to taste
    • 1½ tsp Chinese salt
    • 2 tbsp White vinegar
    • oil(cooking)
    • 2 chicken stock cubes
    • 1 Onion sliced (medium)

    Directions

    1. First wash spinach & blanch it.
    2. Boil chicken & shred it
    3. Fry eggs with a little bit of salt
    4. Take a pan & put oil in it  and put sliced onion & saute it.
    5. Add paalak,
    6. add salt little bit, black pepper, chicken, & in last put chicken stock cubes in it.
    7. Add green chillies and saute for 5 min
    8. Boil the rice with adding vinegar in water
    9. Mix the massala which you have made with boiled rice and in the end mix fried eggs.
    10. Put it on daam
    11. Serve it with chilli sauce.
