Put the milk to boil, when it starts boiling add the grain sugar, mix on low flame till the sugar melts, now dissolve the custard powder in ½ cup of water and slowly add it to the boiling milk, stirring continuously. Make sure no lumps are formed. Boil it for a minute and keep aside to cool.
Add the castor sugar to the cream, keep this bowl on a bigger bowl containing ice and beat the cream till it becomes thick .keep it in the fridge
Take Marie biscuits and break into small pieces with hand.
Now take the serving bowl. Put a layer of biscuits, then put a layer of custard , covering the biscuits properly. Now put a layer of cream , followed by a layer of roasted and crushed walnuts. Now put a layer of chocolate sauce. Repeat these layers at least twice.
End with a layer of custard on top of chocolate sauce and decorate with chocolate sauce or as desired. 6) Keep in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving !!A perfect feast for the kids, which they love to have any time !!
