Dilruba Raita

A unique dish which can be served both as a dessert as well as a side dish. A quickest possible dish that can't get any simpler than this.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

  • ¾ lb Yoghurt
  • 8 nos. Cashews
  • 8 nos. Almonds
  • 4 ozs. Raisins
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom, powder
  • 5 tsps. Sugar

1 cup chopped fruits (pineapple,grapes,apple, pomogranate)


Beat sugar and curd well. Add mixed fruits in it. Garnish it with above dry fruits. Chill and serve.
