Wash chicken and boil with 2 cups water, ginger, garlic paste, and salt. Remove from fire when little water left, add green chilly paste, lemon and garam masala powder, mix well and keep on fire so that all the water dries up. Mix again to blend all the spices.
Beat egg ,add the paste ingredients and make a thick paste, add water if necessary.
Deep chicken pieces in this paste ,roll in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
