Fried Fish eggs

1/4 kg fish eggs
1 tsp garlic
2 tsps turmeric powder
3 tsps dhania, jeera powder or fish masala
Oil for deep frying
2 tsps red chilly paste
Clean the eggs and remove the hanging skin if any. (be careful not to tear them, as they are very soft)
Cut into 1 1/2 inches pieces.
Mix all the spices in a bowl, add little water to make paste. Marinate eggs in this paste slowly and keep for an hour.
Deep fry in hot oil till crispy.
Serve hot with sauce of your choice or with fries.
