A yummy dessert made from Seviyan (vermicelli)
2 cups very thin vermicelli.
1/2 cup sweet condensed milk.
2 tsps ghee.
1 tsp cardamom powder.
Dessicated coconut and chopped almonds for garnishing.
Heat ghee ,break vermicelli into very small pieces by crushing with hands,saute in ghee on low heat till golden brown.
Add cardamom powder,and milk,contine cooking on medium heat ,till the mixture leaves the sides .
Pour in greased tray ,garnish with coconut and almonds,flatten it.
Leave it cool and cut into pieces.
