Stuffed Green chilies dish. You must select milder chilies for this dish otherwise the recipe will turn out to be really hot.
Ingredients

1 Kg Chicken (small pieces)
10 Green Mild Chillies (chose fat ones that are easy to stuff)
2 tsp Fennel powder
½ tsp Fenugreek seeks powder
2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
2 tsp Yellow mustard seeds powder
½ tsp Onion seeds (kalonji)
1 cup Yogurt
2 Green Chilies
2 tbsp Oil
2 Onion (sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chili powder
Salt to taste
Directions
In a bowl mix fennel powder, fenugreek powder, roasted cumin powder, crushed yellow mustard seeds, onion seeds and salt. Stuff this masala into slit chillies and set aside.
Take chicken pieces in a bowl, add salt yogurt and crushed green chillies and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute till onions are soft. Add stuffed Chillies and mix. Add ginger and garlic paste, coriander, turmeric and red chili powder and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add marinated and mix well. Cover and cook on high heat for about 10 minutes
