Fried Bread.

Bread slices dipped in egg and shallow fried

Great for breakfast and cooked in jiffy.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 10 slices of bread.
    • 3 eggs.
    • 1 tsp pepper powder.
    • Salt.
    • Ghee for shallow frying

    Directions

    1. Beat eggs in a bowl till fluffy, add salt and pepper.
    2. Heat pan (nonstick would be better)
    3. Add 1 tsp of ghee, dip bread slice in egg and shallow fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Finish remaining slices same way.
    4. You can fry at least 2 slices of bread in 1 tsp of ghee.
    5. Serve hot with tea.

    hi. yes it is called french toast.i add sugar only in milk and egg,dip in bread and fry in ghee.

    yes Fatma its a good recipe, It will be tasting much better if you add milk with sugar or Salt, it tastes fabulous i have tried it just try & let me know

    This you can call Frech Toast not Fried Bread. Fried Bread is called Puri now don't feel bad I am from DAR too .
