Crunchy Chicken

Deep Fried

Best with coleslaw and french fries

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2 kg chicken
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 3 tbsp flour
    • cornflakes crushed
    • 1 tbsp soya sauce
    • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tsp garlic paste

         FOR THE DIP

    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1/4 tsp salt    


    1. Marinate the chicken with all the aove ingredients including garlic and then steam it. Let it cool .
    2. Beat the egg with salt and pepper and dip the chicken pieces in flour then in the egg dip and then in crushed cornflakes and then fry the chicken pieces.
    3. Serve hot.



    Good! I tried this recipe and it came out OK. This dish was too dry, maybe because of steaming the chicken and then frying it. I don't think that I will be making this dish ever again. Thank you.
