Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • one medium sized beetroot grated
    • One onion finely chopped
    • 2 chillies finely chopped.
    • salt  to taste
    • 200 grams fried gram powdered
    • Oil for frying cup Main Ingredient

    Directions

    1. Saute onion, green chillies and beetroot in a teaspoon of oil. let it cool
    2. Dry roast gram and dry grind it to little coarse powder.
    3. Mix the gram powder and the sauted beetroot onion and chillies. Add salt to taste and make a dough without water. You may have to sprinkle little water if required.
    4. Make small round vadas and deep fry in oil.
    5. Serve with sauce or pudina chutney.
